Our Rules of Engagement

At Consultastrology, we strive to deliver the best possible service to our clients. Working for God is more essential to us than earning a living. As a result, if a client or customer feels or attempts to distort this idea, we may have difficulty serving them. In that case, we will refund the entire service charge to the customer.

For our clients, we continually strive for a 100 percent or greater effect. As a result, we look at the muhurtha (time) and change the rituals accordingly. In addition, the client is notified. We shall refund the clients' money if they still want the ceremony at the wrong muhurtha despite our repeated explanations.

We demand an explanation if a client is dissatisfied. If the explanation lacks a moral foundation and proof, the discontent will not be considered. In addition, the buyer is unable to obtain a refund.

Clients who voice their dissatisfaction and concerns after the ritual has been completed and the films have been received are not entitled for a refund. Astrology rituals maintains the right to modify the service's date, time, and priests if the customer cancels the homam and pooja before 6 hours of the service's execution.
